I'm considering the above watch and wondered if anyone had one and could offer their thoughts.

I had a Tag Monaco until a couple of months ago but sold it because it was too bulky. Plus being square I kept catching the edges of it on various things.

Anyway I've always liked Tags and their association with motoring and this watch caught my eye...

They're lovely, tried one on few weeks ago. Seriously considered replacing my grand carrera with one.

Looks superb. My only slight reservation would be paying 3.5 to 4K when the watch does not have an in-house movement (assume it is an ETA). It is a limited edition so that will help resale values.

many on here are not Tag fans but I am. I may be one of few people who have an IWC daily and a Tag for special occasions. This is the same model as mine. One of the issues people have with Tag is their movements. The calibre 36 is the el primero which is one of the best movements availible and is made by Zenith who are part of the Heuer group so can be considered almost in house.

Nice looking watch, but suggest you try before you buy. Those lugs look quite long, so it might wear a bit big.
