I have a friend who is currently debating whether to add a DBS to his stables but is unsure of a few things.
He has a New California T due in the next 2 weeks or so and is worried a DBS will be too similar?

He is unsure on whether to get coupe or volante as he likes both?
And the big thing is whether to go auto or manual (volante= auto though).

He hasn't had an aston before but plenty of ferraris - so this would be a bit of a departure.

Also does anyone know if the DBS was updated at all? and if so when it was updated and what was actually updated?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated - and sorry if I've missed loads off here. Budget isn't really an issue although less than 25k miles was an absolute must in his eyes as he wants to minimise depreciation as much as possible.

Firstly, get your mate to buy Grant's book (see sticky near top of forum). That will give him all the info he needs regarding updates. Plus, it's a darned good read from cover to cover about all Gaydon-era Astons.
