Engine Removal [ 1.5L DCI CLIO ]

What's the 'proper' way of removing this engine? IE out top, out bottom.

Just wondering if they are 'designed' to come out top or if i'm gonna have to improvise like I did with a mk3 Mondeo TDCI by dropping the box mount, pushing against the body and pulling engine at an angle.

Out the top.

Removing the subframe is another way but less hassle to pull it out the top.

Obviously the non ac cars are easier, even easier if its a 65 with no intercooler etc, less stuff to take off.
