Who makes the best cabin interiors?
Discussion
Which mainstream marque consistently makes the best cabin interiors. The criteria is simple: you enjoy sitting in the cabin without even driving the car. Being in cabin brings a smile to your face.
Of the cars I've had over the years, I'd nominate:
Mercedes-Benz
Audi
Jaguar
Citroen
All of the above (cars have been C-Class, RS4, XF and C5) have had cabins that I've looked forward to sitting in. Understated luxury, quality and good design (ergonomics, comfort, materials). Citroen may be a surprise on that list. I had a C5 that was an even nicer place to be in than the Merc C-Class. The car itself was a disaster from the outset in terms of mechanicals, but the cabin was lovely.
So, which marques/models have had the best cabin interiors for you?

A full fat Range Rover is a rather nice place to be.
Being driven to the golf course by my mates driver in the back of a Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition is a rather pleasant place to be.Particularly amusing is when he jumps out to get some beers for the road and you adjust the seats from maximum chill to maximum heat (35c outside).
The champagne cooler in the centre armrest is pretty useless though. It may keep a bottle chilled, but it won't cool it from room temperature.
