Sadly ever climbing values have led me to think I maybe need to fit a tracker system to my 996TT
As usual the techy bits end up leaving me confused and frustrated
So what is the best price/effectiveness type to go for and which is best value

Some seem very expensive especially if I keep the car for the next ten years which is likely but are the cheaper ones worth a dime? The car is in a very secure garage when not used.

Are any out there likely/known to also to create glitches with the cars systems

thanks in advance folks

I use Tracker. Installation was dead cheap (this was about 4 years ago - less than £200 at the time so probably a tad more by now). Lifetime subscription was £399 - again this might be a bit more now.

I trailer the car quite often and always get a call on my mobile around 15-20 minutes after setting off. They also call the home number. The system is automated so you can tell it the car is being legitimately trailered. They also call you to let you know if the battery has been disconnected (or run down) as this means the system has to rely on its backup battery.

Overall seems to do what it says on the tin.
