Hutchy Miracle Man
Discussion
If you didn't watch this last night I highly recommend it - available on the ITV hub now.
We probably all know a bit about Ians story over the past few years but this highlighted in some detail exactly what he has been through.
An inspirational and moving hour of TV (not to mention gruesome).
My respect and admiration for the man is now on a new level.

He was at the Dundrod when I was there in 2014 and gave us all the usual chat in hospitality. It was nice he took the time to be honest.
I'd seen pictures of his leg and knew it had a story or two but fk me sideways, I hadn't realised the extent to which he'd absolutely mullered himself until last night.
The guy is an absolute legend.

I remember watching this one on Youtube the other year, definitely got a bit of dust on my eye
What a bloke though, truly inspirational!

Great documentary!
Two things stood out:
1. He rode the TT with his leg still mangled (cast on it) and came top 10!
2. Doing squats with the fixator on.
I had followed the story over the years, but didn't realise he did the demo laps with the fixator on, and how badly his leg was.
100% legend.
P.S. the Dunlop documentary 'Road' that was on after (or last night) is even better. There will be dust in the air when you watch it.
