Highland Hoon 2016

Dates for those interested: September 30th - October 2nd.

So, briefly, the format would be similar to the Highland Hoon 2015 - rock up on Friday evening and meet the rest of the reprobates for dinner, and some other refreshments. Up early on Saturday for breakfast, then hit the road for 9:30-ish and enjoy your beautiful car in some of the best scenery Scotland has to offer. A couple of coffee stops and lunch while we're out, then to the hotel to round the day off. Breakfast on Sunday, farewells etc..

Additionally, there is a plan forming to continue, on Sunday, and head much further north and do the North Coast 500 over the next few days. The planning for this aspect is still in its infancy. If you're interested in this, drop me a line.

For 2016, this event is not limited to Aston Martin cars.

I'll update this thread as and when required.

As previous years, limited to 20 cars.

This sounds great Scott - always wanted to drive the Aston in Scotland. Was in a convoy to Goodwood yesterday and that was only an hour so a whole couple of days should be insane...!

I just knew THAT photo would keep turning up. Yes he was just admiring the car and wanted a closer look and chat about handling, top speed, etc. Went away very pleased. Even signed a photo for his boy.
