1 Series: Body Modifications

Hi All,
As a long time BMW lover/owner I've been a frequent guest here, but this is my first post so please be kind!
I've just moved house and need to downsize my beloved 645Ci to a 1 Series (the 6 series doesn't fit well in my new on-street parking).
I really like the non-standard modifications on the pictures below, but haven't been able to find out what they are.
Can anyone identify the modifications and explain how/where I might be able to replicate this look if a buy a used 1 Series? I'm completely new to this kind of thing, so I literally have no idea where to start or how to get this done.
I'm looking to replicate exactly the look of:
- Black front grill
- Black front 'vents' (sorry, not sure what the term is for these, you can see them in the picture lower front right/left of the car)
- Rear Bumper (I think it's different to standard)
- Black Alloys
