Has anybody else experienced build quality issues with there F10/11's. Mine has been back at the dealer on three seperate occasions to have squeaks and rattles rectified, with little success. Tailgate and door cards appear to be the worst areas, how should I proceed if the dealer fails to get it sorted? My works car a two year old Astra has less interior noise than our 5 Series.

Oh yes. 2015 F10 - Interior Door handle trim and door card replaced as the door handle trim kept falling off. Trim around the base of the drivers seat kept falling off so that has been replaced. Lovely HK sound system is never fully appreciated due to the vibrations from the dash when the volume gets turned up. The seat belts bang against the door pillar when not in use unless you move the buckle to an exact position. The steering column cowl squeaked which I rectified myself by dismantling and using some adhesive foam during re-assembly.

I think you can tell that I am not looking forward to the next 20 months with this car (problem with company cars you get stuck with them for 3 years if you choose wrong). This is the first BMW I've had and I am struggling to see why people love them so much.

Oh and one last really annoying OCD thing. The badge on the steering wheel isn't straight.

I am starting to feel exactly the same if I could get rid without losing a fortune I would. To make it worse the 116d courtesy car is quieter than our 520d and has no noise from the trim.
