Scratch repair

Some utter $X$X has just driven his 4x4 so close to me that it has scratched my rear wheel arch. Picture attached - any advice on best method of repair?

Has it gone through the primer?
The rear wing is steel IIRC
If it has it will need a proper body shop repair
If not you may get away with a "smart" repair on it
They have come a long way with this stuff
I had one done on my company M135i by chipsaway expecting it to be exactly what I paid for
It is actually really good and 35k miles later you can't see it
