A car I am looking at had the following items listed when last serviced but I don't speak enough Porsche to translate them all and would be interested in ballpark costs for rectifying if anyone has them?

Coolant leak for NS radiator - AC condensers were replaced a while before but assuming both rads need replacing what is the likely damage?

Heater matrix membrane unbonded? I know nothing about this - is this a five minute job with a tube of sealant or a matrix out fit new gasket type fix costing a fortune?

I think rear discs & pads are necessary - Rough cost as bargaining point?

Rear brake pipes from calipers starting to corrode - assume these are short sections and inexpensive?

Both front strut collars corroding at the top - not what these are otherwise known as?

Power steering return pipe split to second crimp - part is cheap and hopefully not much labour to fit (+ fluid)?

All four lower wishbone inner and centre bushes starting to delaminate - doesn't say failed but sounds expensive to rectify?!

Any help appreciated.

Are you looking for opc or indy prices?

SH is all OPC, which I would possibly keep up but indy most likely for other works.

Christ, thats some menu - two questions spring to mind:
1) How long between the service and you looking at it?
2) How many items have been noted on prior services and not followed up by the current owner?
I'd worry that there's far more than this lurking under what, on first impression, seems to be a bit of an unloved car.

Last service was 15 months ago but will go to an OPC pre-purchase for a Minor Service. Of below:

Coolant leak for NS radiator - A smell of coolant noted 2011, nothing 2013, noted a small leak 2015.

Heater matrix membrane unbounded - First noted as coming away 2010, nothing 2011, noted as lifting 2013, noted as unbonded 2015

I think rear discs & pads are necessary - slight corrosion reported 2010 & 2011, 1mm remaining 2013, 0.5mm remaining 2015.

Rear brake pipes from calipers starting to corrode - first noted 2015

Both front strut collars corroding at the top - first noted 2015

Power steering return pipe split to second crimp - noted as corroded/splitting since 2010

All four lower wishbone inner and centre bushes starting to delaminate - first noted 2015

Hmm - still a bit concerned about how long some of these have been about, but anyway:
NS radiator - c£199
Heater matrix - £285
Rear discs & pads - £499 for Genuine Porsche, or £225 for OEM quality. Both include shims and new sensor pads
Rear brake pipes - £34 per side
Both front strut collars (Top Mounts) - £235 per side
Power steering return pipe - Not sure - might be Porsche original only (££££)
Four lower wishbone (Coffin Arms) - £69 each

So bear in mind all these are excluding labour - it'll be way cheaper at an indy, but you're still looking at an easy day / day and a halfs labour, plus setup cost to check and re-align the suspension.
Owch.
