I have a 1973 Reliant Scimitar here in the USA (South Carolina, hot and humid summers) and its fitted with an oil cooler (Serck). The hoses are clamped using regular Jubilee clamps and show no signs of leaking but I am wondering if these clamps are OK to continue using. Any other clamp recommendations from others who have an aftermarket oil cooler fitted to their classic?

Most modern oil coolers have threaded connectors, but in days of yore, when your Scimitar was fitted with one, they had simple fittings for hoses with jubilees. And some were delivered with adaptors to crew on and then use hoses with jubilees! If your's does have threaded fittings, AND your oil filter take-off frm the block has them as well, then find a hydraulics shop, and get then to make you a set of hoses with threaded connectors either end, swaged on. These will be designed to take thousands of PSI!

If you don't have threaded connectors, then you have no choice but to keep the jubilees. Changing the hoses every year/few years will ensure security, and not cost a lot.
