Having my Chimaera resprayed as total lacquer failure.

At the moment it is starmist blue but thinking of going more crazy / modern.

Has anyone seen a Chimaera in the Chameleon orange, like this Sagaris:

Have seen a Chimaera in a standard orange colour and wasn't so keen.

Any other colour suggestions ?

I have a Chameleon Tuscan 2 if that helps to give you an idea of how it might look on a vert

Not heard of that one. Found this, which appears to be that colour:

Not as modern looking as the orange IMHO but thanks for the suggestion.

IMHO the metallic oranges work best on cars with a few angles, like Sags and Lambo's. Chim, Griff and Tuscan are just too curvaceous. That said I like yellow on the Chim but prefer the solid to the metallic.

This is stunning in the flesh:

Dunno if this would work:

There is a beautiful chim abroad somewhere that belongs to a guy that hasn't been on here for a long time.

The lambo orange one, really outstanding!

Yes, know what you mean. This was my concern really and why I was hoping someone had already done it so I could see what it looked like ha ha. It may not work at all.

Now wondering if it would be safer to have it done as a wrap in case I don't like it !

How about this ?

https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=orange+wrap&a...

What I am worried about is that it might come out more like this, which looks really flat.

Hmmm, this looks pretty unbelievable for a wrap

Going to follow this thread with interest. Have the same predicament with my Chim. Currently Starmist Green hurl

No it's not a wrap, I painted it myself after cutting the roof in half. Another picture of my car on http://myfavouritephotos.com.

Still tempted with the orange.
My interior is blue / cream leather so not sure how that would look against it. Cream would be fine but not sure the blue carpets and dashtop would look right with the orange ?

The roof is also dark blue but that looks ok on Spike's Griffith.
