Costs of Flying an Airbus A319

Flew on an Airbus A319 the other day - 1 hour, 51 minute flight.

Wondered what the costs associated with the flight would be and thought PH would be the best place to get this answered!

My list includes (with no idea on figures) and I'm sure it's not complete!!:

Maintenance
Fuel
Take-off Fees
Landing Fees
Pilot/Co-Pilot
4 Cabin Crew
Ground Handling

Roughly how much are we looking at for landing an A319 at, say, Stansted opposed to Heathrow? There must be a reason all of those Ryanair flights go to STN!
