In terms of a 997 GT3 Gen 2 this seems a bit ambitious? Probably comfort too?

Fully understand the concerns here guys. I was very sceptical when buying the car. What the car is and how it has been used are at odds with one another. In answer to the questions above.
From the factory the car was fitted with option 595 (P/N: 997 580 985 90) the front roll cage extension at a cost of €5353.18. The first owner only kept the car 10 months then sold to an elderly gentleman who was clearly not the full shilling. When the Gen II came out with the extra power, 3.8l... he decided it was unfair and took the car to Teichmann Racing to have the same engine and gearbox. There was nothing wrong with the engine or gearbox. The engine and gearbox were then revised to Gen II 3.8l spec using only Porsche parts at a cost of €53,728.80. The car also has a whole host of other extremely expensive parts fitted like full Akrapovic exhaust, Cargraphic carbon panels/doors, CUP steering system... all coming in at over 100k in cost of parts alone. This old boy never tracked the car and sold it to the next owner in August 2013. This guy is the head honcho for a big supermarket chain in Germany (REWE) a bit like Sainsbury in the UK, and had a CUP car for his son to race (in the VLN I believe). They used this car as a daily for getting about in and I have been informed that the car was not used on track, as they had the CUP car for all the track work and racing. I then bought the car in 2014 and have driven less than 1000miles since I've owned the car. In this time I have serviced the car twice at Teichmann Racing and replaced the front brake discs and pads which haven't even been bed in yet. The car is immaculate, has had a very easy life and had more money spent on it than any other GT3RS I know of. I started a thread about this car here detailing all the intricacies and history. This is not a car I am selling by choice. It is the best car you could ever wish for this side of a CGT if driving is your raison d'etre. Tis a real shame that collectors and the like can't see that but I have to deal with what the market is today hence the criminally low price compared to any other RS you have seen for sale in the last 3 years. The next owner will be absolutely amazed by this car no question; it is a truly magical car to own and drive.
A great explanation. And yet, your PH advert is all of 5 lines long. From the factory the car was fitted with option 595 (P/N: 997 580 985 90) the front roll cage extension at a cost of €5353.18. I would also argue you can price a car too cheap. You are realistic in that modifications don't add value, especially when it comes to these sort of cars where provenance seems to be more important than driving the things, but i wouldn't be too apologetic.
There's a difference between selling a car and selling a car. You need to improve the ad, or otherwise you clearly are subconciously doing everything you can to not sell it
There is no urgency to sell the RS now though as I have arranged a business loan for finishing off a 996 project I have on the go. Which may in fact mean I can also keep the RS

Seems OTT. JZM sold same car with half the mileage but no PCCB for circa £100k recently.http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/p...
Out of interest does anyone know if the 997 GT2 and GT3 have the same vario rack steering rack that cooking 997 models have?

Great spec 997.2 CS for £120k with 10k miles
http://www.jzmporsche.com/porsche-for-sale/911/997...
And 30k mile 997.1 Comfort for £80k
http://www.jzmporsche.com/porsche-for-sale/911/997...
Given how quickly they sold you have to assume they sold very close to asking. According to their Twitter feed they're fitting fixed back buckets and new brakes to the 997.2!
So we're roughly talking a 40k price difference between the cheapest 997 GT3 (Comfort .1) and the most expensive (CS .2).
£135 k for a private sake is laughable. "with nose lift"...has it had plastic surgery ?!

JZM sold a black one last week with 11km miles but was a club sport car for 120k. A pistonheaad member car. It was really nice.Out of interest does anyone know if the 997 GT2 and GT3 have the same vario rack steering rack that cooking 997 models have?
That car with 21k miles and comfort spec is £30 overpriced especially as its a private sale.
Portsmount recently sold a white one to a guy on here for about 99k with a 2 year warranty!

Comfort spec. Owned from new. Under tray has a bit of damage from a rabbit but doesn't need replacing. Owner is the brother of journo Andrew Frankel. Never had paint and original panel according to owner.

Very difficult to buy a car the right way nowadays. Even private sellers want all the money and why shouldn't they I suppose these are pretty limited supply cars.
I think Tom at 911virgin is pretty smart going long on nice 996.1 GT3s. Rarest of the bunch and no driving aids like 997 and beyond. For a weekend car 996 GT3 a nice thing and comparative bargain.

I'm sure its a nice car but not worth 120k let alone 135k in that spec.
21l miles? I can see that on JZM's site for 108k but having said that, I wish his good luck with the sale. Lovely car.
Well there's a 997.2 GT3 in OPC Solihull for under £105k which had a quick look at last month. And the white one at OPC Portsmouth went for IIRC about £95k.21l miles? I can see that on JZM's site for 108k but having said that, I wish his good luck with the sale. Lovely car.
911 V have what looks like a nice comfort spec car coming in....£105k 20k miles

As someone ventured before buying a Comfort Spec and putting some Buckets in looks tempting.

I really like this one:

It would be truly excellent for my finances (and marriage) if someone removed it from my temptation.
