39k miles and the 2 biggest options missing ! So depends on price and a happy buyer.

Buckets and spyder wheels !!

Still drives the same I guess, I would be looking at a shock rebuild though at 6 years old and 40k miles.

I see low miles and the 2 big must haves being £50k cars now though.

It's got the wrong wheels?

Perhaps the previous owner sold the OEM wheels and replaced them with a cheaper set of Carrera Classics, pocketing a nice profit in the process?

On the basis of this, I wouldn't buy it.

Other than that, nice car.

I nearly bought that car, looks very nice indeed. Was only the number of previous owners that put me off.

From the original Price list:

upgrade costs for alloys:

19inch carrera S II - £238
19 inch Carrera Classic - £475
19 inch Sport Design Alloys - £475
19 Inch Carrera Sport Alloys - £741
19 inch turbo 3.6 alloys £793
19 inch Turbo 2 alloys £793

Lots of Spyder's came with different style alloys.

Early 2010 cars were sometimes configured by dealers as stock cars hence different wheels.

987.2 Spyders are such good looking cars.

ah, you're right, in my haste I went to the wrong ad! Not sure why anyone would switch out the Spyder wheel, particularly to the Carrera Classic. Spec, mileage, owners not ideal but price reflects this.

All very common. Loads paid more for sport seats and dumped the standard carbon buckets....crazy!

Thanks guys, his budget was 35k really and I talked him into this as an alternative from 997 C2S. Yes appreciate the buckets comment but funnily he hates buckets and moaned about my buckets in the Lambo on the way there and back Lol. I am a bit out of touch with Porsche but it looks like 47-52k if you are going to get really fussy about buckets and low owners. The good bit I suppose is its a manual driving

The wheels in the pic were wrong as the car hadn't been in stock long enough to get pictures hence pictures of a previous sold :car. These are the wheels:

These guys sold 5 cars while we were there including the Silver Coco/ Spyder

Not many of these about now ?

Yes it was a consideration having had a few owners but I measured the paint thickness and all panels wings bonnet doors quarters and boot are original paint so at least all the owners were careful.Front bumper could do with a refresh but it is 6 years old now I guess.

Not bad for the money. Really needs some spyders though. Not an easy fine as I'm looking for a spare set at the moment!

Although the 987 Spyder was not a limited edition, I read somewhere that only around 220 were sold in the UK. Great cars, more attractive than the 981 Spyder in my opinion, and awesome to drive (but then I am biased.... Mine's silver!)
