Discount on a new 40d M Sport

Anyone bought one recently ? Specced up a car to £67k and been offered a £4k discount by my local dealer which seems a bit ste.

New to the area so never bought a car from them before.

Thanks. They're quoting £13,110 on the 50d M Sport which makes it £2k more expensive than the 40d m Sport. List price the difference is £8300!

my 40d was £53k in mineral white, 20', pan, towbar, privacy, auto dip headlamps, 7 seats. It was a pre reg with 25 miles on the clock.

when I bought my AUC E70 I looked into buying a brand new F15, and the biggest discounter in the south was Vines Gatwick. The car was specced to the eyeballs, and I think had 13% off from memory

Luckily/Sadly (depending on point of view) I need the space that the X5 offers. Dealer tried to interest me in an M5 at the weekend....they had a pre-reg car that was over £80 list they were selling for £53k....

HoHoHO on here managed a 22% discount on his 50dMSport a few months back....his dealer beating Coast2Coast and Broadspeed quotes, which as someone has mention is hovering around the 10% mark on 40d's.
I've just got a C2C and Broadspeed quote in from my similar £67.5k build and both were within a few hundred quid of each other just either side of £60k.

The thing with C2C and Broadspeed is their 'discounts' are based on the base vehicle, they knock of very little on the options, so the more options you tick, the less relative overall discount you get off the total.
