Window touches the body ... window adjustment procedure or ?

Hello Chaps,

i have a problem with the adjustment of the window of the driver's door.
I did the window adjustment procedure nearly 10 times ....
window all down .. wait and hold (switch) for 5 - 10 sec. ... window up to stop 5 ... 10 sec and hold etc.

Result: the window hits anyway on top of the body slightly. you´ll know, when you open or close the door.

It should open 3 -5 mm more!

Is this a typical common AML problem?

is there something known form you guys?

with having done the window adjustment procedure it is slightly better, but what do i have to do in this case?

- Adjusting Mechanics manually? ...so i have to disassembly the door panel?

I ask for a detailed explanation ladies and gentleman.

you need to pull the fuse to reset the door module that generally works its behind passenger foot-well you will need torx to take cover off to gain access .
