I suspect I'm way behind with this, however should anyone not be aware, Vulcan XM603, which a couple of years ago wasn't long for this world and looking like this:
...is now looking, well...take a look for yourself:

Not bad!

If anyone is visiting this, 10 mins up the road is the Anson engine museum.

Now I notice it, 603 is a mk2 due to the kinked wings? I'd thought it was only ever straight winged Mk1s that were white? (obviously not as the museum obviously know what they're doing).
When did the change to camo occur?
1964/65 with the switch to low level bombing. When did the change to camo occur?
Initially, the top surfaces were painted dark green/grey with anti-flash white undersides - all in gloss.
In the late 60s the undersides changed to light grey.
In the mid 1970s the colours were changed to matt finish with the white taken out of the RAF roundels and fin flashes.
In the late 70s the upper surface camouflage was extended to the entire undersides.
