Artists like Kavinsky, usually classed as 'synthwave' or 'retrowave', are fantastic for a spot of night driving. The genre is essentially a homage to the sounds of 1980s electronica. If you've seen the film 'Drive' you'll already have a bit of a familiarity with the genre, seeing as the soundtrack is largely made up of those artists.
The 'Hotline Miami' soundtrack is also pretty decent, but it's faster paced so might be worth saving for when you're pressing on. I didn't like the game all that much, but the soundtrack made it.
Oh, and there's a whole album by Metronomy dedicated to the concept of going out at night.
I'll give the rest of the scenarios a thought as well, but 'Smack My bh Up' is a superb suggestion as well. I'd imagine it's a great track for a spirited drive.

It's been a long while since I listened to music in the car but Big Country and Depeche Modes were always favourites. I used to have a good Alpine headunit in my MR2 Turbo that did well for some 'Violator' or 'Some Great Reward'. Also loved 'Chorus' by Erasure in that car too.
I used to hum to myself when I started riding motorbikes as a means of regulating my breathing. Having a soft, bouncy front end and st drum brakes on my CG125 got me into the habit of holding my breath and locking my arms up when trying to stop on that bike. I don't do it so much now but I used to do it all the time.
