Recommend a specialist near Chesterfield.

Further To my clutch slipping thread. I have decided a specialist is going to be my best option and have the IMS bearing upgrade and RMS done too.
Can you recommend who would be best to carry out this work.
It's a 996 C4 Manual 1999 110k and I live in Chesterfield near Sheffield.

Porsche and Eurocar at Grimethorpe are great. Two ex OPC technicians, one from Sheffield and one from Leeds. Fantastic prices too. Just don't expect the environment to be anything close to an OPC. Spit and sawdust might be too much of a compliment ;-) They really know their stuff though and have helped me out on numerous occasions.

what about Chesterfield Diagnostics on Vanguard trading estate? Just off Storforth Lane. I have heard good things about them

If you're willing to go as far as Retford then you won't get a better specialist the Ben at Rennspeed. Excellent mechanic and a really nice bloke to boot.
