I don't mind the look of T3 racing H2r cone exhaust but it's very very expensive for a Stainless Exhaust.

I like the looks of the SC Project Exhaust an much more reasonable priced.

I want something a little smaller than my Akro. A little lounger. I've heard not great things about the benefits of having the Astin racing can on. IE it's not build as well for flowing the gasses out the can than say others exhausts.

My current Fav for looks is the SC Project

Anyone had a SC Project Exhaust. And any ideas on suggestions to look into

cheers

I had one on my S1000RR very similar to the pic but C/F it was well made and a good price and fitted perfectly, these guys make the exhaust for several Moto2 teams

Sorry, but that is ugly as sin. The problem you're going to have is the colour mismatch IMO between the mirrored nickel colour of the bike and a flat stainless steel exhaust. It's made worse by not being able to have a bellypan, so all the welds, joins and kinks that would normally be hidden are there for all to see.

Not much help I know, but at least look for something that's had some thought go into the full exhaust rather than just the end can.

That SC one looks crap due to the colour mis-match. Get ride of that giant collector box, just get a full system on. It's not a budget bike, don't get a budget exhaust.

SC Project exhausts are budget priced, but not budget exhausts - they are superb.

Saying that - as others have said, in this case it looks wrong due to colours and collector box. Also, that will be ear splitting loud and raspy due to lack of any silencer volume/length to knock off the high frequency noises that sound st.

IMHO, full system all of the way and carbon only for silencer, to look right.

Matt,

As much as I like SC Projects products, that is utterly gash vomit
aside from the colour mismatch which is an eyesore, it just doesn't work with the lines of the bike.
Only 2 pipes for the H2 I think. The Akra swoopy carbon end can or the utterly bonkers H2R slash cut cone.

ive got a pair of SC project cans on my monster 1100s and they are indeed very nice for the price you pay. I had termignoni on my previous monster and the quality wasnt great so fancied a change. Theyve been on the bike for 5 years now and without fault apart from the stickers peeling a bit.

Brocks do a slash cut full system that looks nice, clean and simple, lose all the ugly cat too. Will need a power commander and tune too I guess

Colour mismatch is easy to cure. If you scotbrite the stainless steel and heat cycle it a few times, scotchbirte it again, then heat cycle it, it turns almost identical colour to titanium, ie like a sort of matt champagne colour.

Yoshimura R11SQ?

A few different sleeve options I think. Rare on H2's in the UK.

That picture doesn't have the remainder of the pipe looking that hideous brass colour though

I've looks at loads now and still not 100% sure what I want. unsure if i#m ever going to find what I want. I like the T3 racing HR2 looking exhauts But at around £1000 Plus vat for a stainless it's a huge amount of cash to spend

O/T...kind of- Remal have you done a track day on yours? Also, can you get a belly pan for it? Assuming its exposed for cooling reasons.
