Anyone tried the new Driveguard Runflats?
Discussion
It's safe to say that almost everyone on here hates runflat tyres, including me! However Bridgestone have launched their Driveguard Runflats which are claimed to overcome the faults of previous runflats. Has anyone here tried them yet, in particular on a BMW?

Sorry no, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has tried them.
On another BMW specific forum plenty of people rate other run-flats as better than the old Potenza's, although the majority tend to go for non RFTs.
I had a 123d for over 6 years with Pirelli RFTs and never really had a problem with them, but they were only 205/50 x 17 even though it had the M-Sport suspension.
But my Z4 Sport Coupe on Potenzas has 225/40 x 18 fronts and 255/35 x 18 rears and when I replace them it will be with something else, whether RFTs or not - they aren't pleasant!
