Looks a very nice spec car with all the right extras in my opinion and will take offers less than 139k based on the wording in the advert.

Clearly trades bids a far lower than this hence the private sale.

These clearly aren’t making the money people expected.

That car is a poor spec with no leather or PCCBs, the two 'must haves' and by my reckoning cost £118K tops, which translates to £21k overs for a poor spec private sale..Its overpriced IMO when you take everything into account.
Poor man's spec GT3s are a tough sell especially private..

ETA Flat Black worst colour for resale, standard lights with no camera,BOSE or Carbon with 6k miles makes it a very tough sale. Its been specced as a track hack and has been abused accordingly is my guess..

Very nice spec?? scratchchin

Very poor spec more like.

Early 17 plate car too with high 6k miles.

Steel brakes, no extended leather, basic headlamps no chrono, flat black one of the worst colours too.

Is it a UK car...possibly not. Number of owners?

Even with such a poor spec oldest gen 2 around (17 17)and high mileage it is still a £23k premium.

Well I like black on black and I would see no need for ceramics in the real world, very nice spec to me!

As Taffy mentioned either way a gt3 is a hard sell privately. Be interesting to see if it sells, I notice the white private welsh car has been readvertised, my OPC has had the same two 991.2 gt3 for sales for months and months. Very little interest apparently.

I feel admiration for the chaps who bought these cars because they wanted a lovely car to use and are quite happy to accept that cars tend to lose money.

I feel no sympathy for the speculators and their chums within the OPC's who contrived deals..... hard luck!

I agree. Solid black, imho, is one of the best colours for these cars. A bit of a pain to keep clean but looks amazing when it is. Amusing that some on here talk about the best and worst colours as if it’s a statement of fact. Every car I have ever bought has been the right colour.

As for spec, now that the BS leather, led, ceramic brake flipper spec party is well and truly over, cars like the black one with steel brakes and no frills are right in the zone for those that can be used properly on track. For a car that can be used as intended, it’s a great spec imho.

I'm genuinely surprised at the negative comments. High miles, really? Wrong colour. Wrong brakes. "Abused" track hack.

It's a GT3. A cursory look at the lives of 996 and 997 generation cars will show they are designed to live their lives on a track.

I will be so glad when the bubble pops and all this stitching and Bose nonsense ends.

I love mine but wouldn’t/couldn’t daily it....from a practicality perspective and also I just love the event every time I drive it and quite like it being a special event every time I start the engine.

I agree. It's a GT3, not a Panamera. I think some people are in the wrong car.

The Red high spec car at Kendal has been sold today.

It was a mates car and unbeknown to me another friend has bought it.

Further evidence that the correct spec cars sell quickly at the best money despite what some armchair experts say.

In this case a good spec red 'manuel' clubsport with ceramics sold in a couple of weeks with an asking price of £158k.

There’s one or two on here who think that they have the perfect spec car and theirs is worth far more than the cars currently for sale.

Prices are only going one way at the moment and that’s not up!

Normal car depreciation for Porsche GT cars is kicking back in, try and get a finance quote with a ballon on a car which is on overs and you will work this out pretty quickly!

Another problem people now face is they have become massively mileage sensitive due to so many low mileage cars sat for sale or sat waiting to be sold in the future.

There’s people on here who think a car with 8000 miles on the clock is high mileage, god help if that 8000 mile car had creased leather seats or didn’t have led lights !

This forum makes me laugh, you are either saying how great your car is or saying how the market is going to collapse! It’s simple spec a car how you want to and not how you are told to and as for the few which think values will drop to £100k you are deluded! Look at the model range and then tell yourself it’s a £100k car....they are priced wrong they should be £150k base...how can a spec’d Turbo be £180k+ and a GT3 be as little as £100k in your little minds! Anyway keep dreaming and I look forward to seeing them sitting at £100k lol!
