[quote=GT4P]Would love a manual 991.2gt3 but with cost of circa £120-130k with carefully chosen extras I'm out!frown[/quote

Mine would be ...

Black paint
Manual gearbox
Club sport package
Sport chrono
918 seats
Axel lift
Full leather
PCCB
Carbon interior
Upgraded lights in black
Yellow belts & stitching
PCM
Auto wipers
Cruise control
Climate control

130k?

Be interesting to see if the cage and harness is free as per the 991, or whether, like the GT4 it will be £3k or more.

The other one is the gearbox. Parity on price or more for the PDK S? confused

Colours were particularly poor imo for the 991.....so went white. Wonder if the 'fashion grey' and latest blue grey on the 718 will be available. Also feel the Sapphire blue needs a rehash as it looks ok from a distance but close up is a bit disappointing.

I expect the PDK-S will be standard so all the official figures will be based on this and the manual will be a no cost option.

Yes, if the car is £104k, £130k or just under looks about right.

Good spec, but I would go steels, titanium wheels and no cruise.

The GT3.1 was £105k, so yes 110 to 112k its got to be..If this is the last N/A prices will go crazy north for those flippers..

As I'm an anorak I can tell you that the 991.1 gt3 was £100,540 base before extras.
Going by the 991.2 GTS increase I reckon 105,000 or there abouts.

I think that it will be the perfect daily driver. Mine would be a clubsport. Nothing else, just a clubsport, oh and some carpets.

If I get offered a allocation that really is going to be a difficult choice for me..I love my 18 way adaptive sports seats, really do the job well...

After living with the Sports buckets for 2.5 years and 10,000 miles, there's no way I would consider anything else on a GT3 or similar car.

Never had them , Si..

Clubsport would make it better in terms of investment potential. I will probably go with the Clubsport, after all, its a weekend toy, not a every day tourer.

Even in Clubsport spec the 991 GT3 is a practical daily driver - unless you need to use the rear space. They are such a nice practical proposition for drivers from most spectrum. If you prefer maximum involvement at times - like I do - then a nice 996/997GT3 or aircooled in your garage as well and you have all that you will ever need... Providing you have a 2 or more car garage.

Thanks, Steve. Do not need the storage. Probably Clubsport then...Do the 918 seats have adjustable back rest?..

Apparently, buckets were more sort after when a lot of flipping was happening.

Yes and no.

FWIW, my car is a Comfort with buckets and for me that is perfect for road use, but anyone who wants the car for tracking will probably want the half cage.

I probably should have specced a Club Sport and asked the OPC not to fit the cage, so at least the mounting points were there for a future owner.

The cage was a free option on the last car I think as in CS spec. If you don't need the space makes send to have it?
