Current Group 1 Car Seat for 996?

I'm in the market for a 996 C4S Coupe currently but haven't found the one for me as yet. I have a 16 month old son and now he has moved from infant carrier to proper seat in our family car I need something that I can use in my TVR, in the rear of a 996, my other car occasionally and when on holiday too.

In an ideal world the seat would fit forward & rear facing and have options for isofix or belt installation to be flexible depending on how many of us are in the car and for when used in rentals (seat belts are often too short to belt in rear facing seats). I'm not keen on the idea of forward facing with 4 point harnesses to a point but the impact bar seats seem to get bad press for not holding children in properly?

All the threads I can see about what seats fit the 996 are really old and the seats are no longer available so if anyone has any recommendations I would be very interested in them.
