Are you the guy who also posts "The blue ones are faster" and thinks it's really cool and original ?

Not me my friend. I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. On PH I have only ever had one account. A few name changes over the years

Someone talk some sense into me, I've got a V6 Exige itch that needs scratching I think.

Anyone looking for a good, honest, useable, non story Mk1 GT3 tongue out
There's a cream I can recommend for that.

Saw the new cars at Goodwood last summer . Was amazed at how good even the cooking Elise is now.

Sold my 135 sport for £11k to get my SC. Guy kept it for 10 years and sold it for .....£11k

Great fun

If u are in scotland then pop across to Scottish Elises and you will get lots of info on the V6 across there.

If you are Edinburgh based then pop along to MMC or alternatively speak to Craig Moncrieff (http://craigmoncrieff.com) as he does the servicing for the majority of Lotus cars who are out of dealer warranty.

The V6 is a great car (nearly bought one when they came out, long story, but ended with a Porsche Spyder instead).

V6 Exige at circa £40k is an awesome car. Every bit as quick at my old 997.1 GT3 RS

Early cars suffered a few clutch issues but these are largely sorted out

Had a 997.1 GT3 CS. Have since had an Exige V6S which was epic and now an Evora 400. Great cars .

People need to go test drive these cars to see what they are missing.

If you are going to drive on track, check the car's noise level. The Lotus section of this parish suggest Evora 400 is 107db static.
