TA Currently using Type 9, but have a shedfull of used MT75's so was thinking of using one of 'em instead
Surprised someone like BGH or Quaife don't do something on MT75??
Guess I'll have to stick with type 9's, and leave the MT 75's in the shed!!
Why would they make something when they already have the T9 and T5 versions among others, and they're more easily swapped to other platforms as they arent stuck with an integral bellhousing.TA Currently using Type 9, but have a shedfull of used MT75's so was thinking of using one of 'em instead

The RWD MT75 would hardly be a popular box for all those reasons

You're correct of course, everyone prefers type9's, that's why my shed's full of MT75's.
But now with Type 9's getting harder to find I'm surprised the gearbox folk hav'nt turned their attentions to MT75's - oh well maybe in 10 years or so
Coz apart from crap 1st gear for lightweight cars - MT75 is a great strong box
