Tea, even normal tea is one of the most healthy things you can drink as you get antioxidants from it. If it's a caffeine thing, just drink decaf. Decaf isn't all that nice, but you get used to it. I have found Tetley decaf to be the best.

I drink decaf or redbush (rooibos) tea in the evenings. Redbush is from a different plant to normal tea and it is not bitter like green tea. I still have it with milk.

I tried Bovril once and I almost gagged. It was like drinking salt water!

Cadbury's Options etc are only 40 cals, so one a day isn't going to break the calorie bank .
