Did this event yesterday, so much fun!
I have never really ridden off-road before, so this was a real learning experience. Got to ride a Husky 250 (the enduro not the MX version), a CCM GP450, which was much lighter than I thought it would be, felt like a 250. And a friend's CRF230. Oh and a Sherco 300-ST trials bike, that was really fun!
It started off very snowy and icy, then warmed up a bit to about 10C so turned into a bit of a mud fest. There was a small track set up, and trails off into the forest too. Loved it. Bought a CRF250L on the way home for some off-road fun this year!
The studded tyres made a huge difference in the snow, and even in the deep mud too.
