Car transport company recommendation - Essex to Southampton

Does anyone have any recommendations for a reputable and professional company to deliver a TVR from Chelmsford to Southampton? Someone with experience of classic cars would be appreciated.

I would recommend Polygon Transport - based in Southampton.

They moved my Aston from the midlands to Bonhams Auction in Newport Pagnell - very professional and efficient.

NFR recovery,They are in Chelmsford and have open and enclosed transporters ,you can contact Ollie on 07771 533783.

NFR specialize in low cars and one of his drivers used to do all the transport for Levens TVR of Basildon .He offend does this sort of work.

I've used OnTime automotive a couple of times. Not cheap, but they were great every time. No problems with my car with 90mm ground clearance.

He's delivered a couple of non running Lagondas for me and more regularly delivers for Porche dealerships.

Probably a bit late for you now, but Ontime have a place in Chelmsford, and they specialise in looking after high value cars - they deliver every Aston Martin and McLaren that goes out of the factory door
