10k tuner car

What's the best ones out there with the highest potential. I thought a Honda Civic vtec?

Not even close with it being nat asp. You want something that comes with a turbo as standard at 10k you should. E looking at Subarus or R32/33 skyline gts
A lot of good VAG stuff in that price range too.

With Supras and GTR Skylines probably gone above the 10k mark now, I would say RX-7 is the one to go for.. Assuming the 10k is just for the car and not modifying also

An Evo IV V or VI, 10k will get you a hell of a lot of performance. Can pick up a tatty forged on with well over 500hp for that!

You could buy an EP3 and supercharge it for less than that. 300-500bhp depending on how big your balls are.

I have small balls so 320-350bhp in mine.

Not hugely plentiful but you could easily find one if you wanted one
