That's me all booked up for this year.

Looking forward to a cracking week with good friends. We've booked a house with 15 of us staying there. A few of us are riding over via Holyhead / Dublin.

Anyone else going?

Ride there and ride back was the best part for me.

Not a patch on the Isle of Man.

That's not fair as it's quite different to the Isle of Man, the TT/Manx has become a festival with plenty away from the racing.

The NW200 is all about the racing, which the locals embrace. Having seen both, I felt the NW was even more spectacular than the TT (University 200mph 4 abreast braking for the bend!!).

OP - good on you, we're doing the Southern 100 this year so still getting our Island fix - despite saying the above, will be interesting to see the IOM outside of the main festivals.

Yep, going, will be 5th time ,previously combined with a loop of Southern Ireland and ride up for the weekend's racing, and a great party atmosphere all weekend followed by a swift jaunt back to Dublin for a Sunday night there,on previous excursions.
No point saying "not as good as the TT" - it's not the TT, it's road racing in Northern Ireland with pure Guinness assistance and some ace roads to play on,without all the "palava" of the TT.... always a great craic !

He's only taking the usual piss in true BB manner - all good ( not that ,as you know, I give a monkey's..) smile

Some of those lads may appear but not on the run over with us and not in the house we're sharing, it's mainly Loon's bunch from over his way I,m going with , Malachhi's (MMT's) dad , Kev. etc, another Graham who used to insruct at CSS and a bunch from the pub....all told a proper CRAIC !

I'll be going, first time at the NW, or in Northern Ireland for that matter. I'm going in the van and hopefully taking the bike with me.
