phone call from my OPC today to give me an October slot to what he believes will coincide with the manual production run. He believes PTS window will also be around september so i'm hopeful (if not confident) of getting both PTS and Manual.
That was a great phone call to get! I hope "manual production run" doesn't mean they are making all the manual cars in one batch as I'm in line for a 2018 car.

Which PTS colour will you go for if you can ?

I think the colours i'll go for in order of preference are GT silver, white, red with yellow and graphite blue as potential contenders.None of the so called special colours excite me enough to spend an extra £2.5K on over white etc...My overall favourites are white/GT silver with the Martini livery however after seeing pictures of of Graphite blue with black wheels/PCCBs over on Rennlist which i'm quite taken with..

The pics above of the white car with platinum wheels and PCCB's are just the ticket I think... GT silver is still up there but with black wheels.

I had a Rhodium 997 GTS, nice but never really polished up well, would not go for it again.
Wasn't aware Rhodium was a 997 colour (in UK). Must be the only 997 GTS out there in this colour!

Sapphire always looks good on photos but always disappoints close up imo. At 6%, slightly more popular than Agate at 5% on Rennlist. White %10%.

Having said that, the Sapphire 991 GT3s always sell well providing right spec too.

I might have been wrong then, this is it just after I sold it:

I don't think so, it had a hint of brown and almost looked like a champagne colour. Badly discoloured in the end as you can see from the bumpers.

997 GTS came in Platinum Silver or GT Silver was an (expensive) option...Platinum is paint code 1H.Mine is Platinum as you can see the lighting does make a difference to how it looks.
