Worst Spec'd 911 R - Ever?

Theres a UV 991 GT3 RS at an OPC...£20k less than the others.
Why?
Simply because the car is without NAV.
Last year a similar car was sold £25k to cheap simply because it had steels not ceramics.
The market demands certain options.
The R is no different.
The cars sold and it had nothing to do with NAV, it was higher miles (3k as some are still unused) heavy tracked car with marks on the disks. (race driver owned I thought)Why?

Clubsport GT4 with ceramics and good spec...... cheapest about at £87k.
Reason?
No nav! (Although it is yellow lol!)
Simples.

Very well, have just chosen which tacky stripes to put on it, (painted and lacquered, so hairdryer-proof). Went to visit last week as they had made various colours of stickers so I could see them on the car. It's about 10 days away from completion.
No clock!
I missed something... what's going on here!?No clock!

Forgive my ignorance but isn't the R dead in the water once the manual GT3 appears?
TX.
Not ignorant at all, very valid comment. 'Dead in the water' a little strong but values taken a massive hit. Was in Europe this week and popped into major OPC there, I asked if DP could source me an R, he replied, 'Left or rhd and what colour'. TX.
I'd been considering one, but realistically the new GT3 has everything and more apart from SMFW and some lightweight trinkets.
IMV the new GT3 will be flipped for circa £50k over initially, so say £170k. The flipper's R is currently circa £400k and sticking...and rightly so.
Who on earth, outside a collector who intends to garage it, would jump into an R at these ludicrous prices with the new GT3 at 40% of the cost, even at the flip price of £170k ?.

Someone stripped it and nicked the internals leaving the owner just a shellOn that note; I know the 911'R' has a clever floor, but if someone wanted to delete the GT3 rear spoiler (991.1 or 991.2) what would they need to do?
Can you buy a 911 'R' engine lid with retractable spoiler?
Not the fault of the spec (which is horrible) but one thing that pounded my plums with both my 991s was that Porsche seems incapable of getting the glove box lids to fit correctly.
It was irritating enough on a £100k car to be able to see the contents of the glove box with it shut. If I'd paid a million quid for it I'd develop a twitch.

I agree.
The 'houndstooth' seats are one of the 'R's nicest details.
Personally not keen on stripes of any, and particularly dislike door stripes, and those tacky little decals are no better.
Let's assume 991.2 GT3s are going to be flipped at, say, £150k - then I'd say an 'R' should be worth, what, £300k max?
A little birdy tells me they are looking for £350-400k for the 911R (and have already turned down bids of £250-325k).The 'houndstooth' seats are one of the 'R's nicest details.
