My DB9 is due a service and called Aston Martin Works and was given a fixed price service for a 10 year old car. I didn't know they now have fixed prices for older cars now! anyone know when they started this? and is it worth it?

Don't think many of the main dealers have much choice now days but to offer it otherwise they wont be making enough money or retain older cars/customers as the Indies will swallow up the gap in the market.

Personally though for me I would always use an Indie. They know more and are not afraid to get their hands dirty where as main dealers are all far too techie and clinical these days IMHOP.
