FWIW the red one at OPC Wolves sold. I saw it when I was in there for the 70th Anniversay do and it looked very nice.
By contrast, the white, non-CS that they have is still for sale. IIRC and someone might correct me if I am wrong, this is the same just (just with added decals on it) as they had in stock at the end of last year. Which sort of tells you about resale.
The White Wolverhampton car with decals has been around since March. Over the last month 6 cars sold at OPC's most relatively high spec the red car at Wolves sold very quicklyBy contrast, the white, non-CS that they have is still for sale. IIRC and someone might correct me if I am wrong, this is the same just (just with added decals on it) as they had in stock at the end of last year. Which sort of tells you about resale.

Don't think it was the same, I have been keeping a record of OPC cars for the last 12m or so, was a bit lazy around October, but not on the web site Dec,Jan and Feb, the 27k mile car came on with decals in March
Well that answer a question! Thanks.FWIW, I can well see why the red Club Sport car sold. Look really nice IMHO.
Being the Anorak I am I have now started to record chassis numbers from the OPC site. The really difficult car to sell has been the one in Bolton came on in May 17 at £132,495, came down to £122,990 by Feb and still for sale, this and the similar spec car from Exeter have hung around a while. Looking at the stats seems that nearly 40 cars have sold this year from OPC's, so for some reason the Bolton and to some degree the Exeter car have been 'missed'. The car in Exeter is lovely, I came close to doing a deal on it. But decided to look for a non white car, then got drawn by Ceramics and buckets ! If the car had been black I would have bought it for sure, a few cars I viewed made the Exeter car look like new....

I watched these cars for almost a year—before deciding against one because I love my MT cars way too much to opt for PDK— and it is clear that it is the Clubby cars that sell fastest and for the most cash....
(Oddly, OPC Wolves haven’t budged in the asking price on that GT3 for over 6 months either....!! Find that a little odd, since it has had almost zero interest. Normally, after a couple of months, you see the prices start to fall. The Gen2 GT3 being a prime example currently...!!)
comfort sepc cars are lemons in the 2nd hand market on GT3, always have been always will be.
non leather also !!! whch is ok in GT3 and RS cars but not in comfort spec.
Soin white, chairs, no leather, the cars a lemon esp at overs !!!!
any way keeps 991.2 prices up seeing £122k cars like that for sale :-p

Nope— The white 991.1 GT3 at Wolves IS the same one.... Been there since late last year....!! I know because I spend— according to wifey(!!)— FAR too much time at our 2 local OPCs, Wolves being one.... They have added decals— as honestly said by the sales guy— in order to aid resale.... Clearly hasn’t worked.... Yet....

An even better reason to track chassis numbers ! I also think some of the older cars were bought with little margin left for a deal, without the dealer taking some pain. seems they are keen to get a 'good' price on the selling car and really bump up the PX. When I sold my GTS I ended up with nearly £10k more than some trader offered and pretty much every OPC was over £5k up on the specialist sellers. Add to that I had a full service thrown in and 2 year warranty, it does make sense to stick to OPC's for these cars, at least made sense for me....I watched these cars for almost a year—before deciding against one because I love my MT cars way too much to opt for PDK— and it is clear that it is the Clubby cars that sell fastest and for the most cash....

Hmmm... A lot of Lemons out there then given that 75% of the cars I have followed have been non CS cars and of the non CS cars only 4 of 58 cars had Sport Buckets. Seems Lemonade might be quite popular, perhaps its the weather ?non leather also !!! whch is ok in GT3 and RS cars but not in comfort spec.

^^^ Agree with this.... I’ve been after a manual Gen2 GT3 for the past few months, and the part-ex figures I’m being offered for my GT4 are leagues ahead of Indies, such as JZM.... Some OPCs are even offering me over £10k more than I paid for the car..!! Most have offered the same as I paid a year ago.... OPC Wolves have a non CS 997.1 GT3 for which they're asking almost £10k more than I got mine from JZM. JZM also sold another car, almost identical spec to mine, straight after for the same asking price, so I am not for a moment implying my buying prowess had anything to do with the disparity.
That said, the OPC car is very nice.

Any body know about the gt3 at Porsche Teeside and any comments on the specThe White GT3 with the red graphic's looks good.
There are some people on here that I think just promote what car they have.
If you have a GT3 and you use it every week, then you don't want the roll cage banging away every time you go a small bump.
The extra comfort and practicality of the comfort spec is the best option.
I can not understand why on the Gen 2 GT3's you would spec Manual and Club Sport, if you are going on track you need PDK and if you are going to enjoy it more on the road you need comfort spec.
If you are planning on track days being your main use, well you would be a lot better off with a GT3RS.
But that is the beauty of a White GT3 with Front Lift, Comfort Spec and Ceramic Brakes, you can use it every day, pop the seats back and use the space behind the seats, do the odd track day and look good, especially with some Martini Graphic's on it.
To those of you that don't have the above spec car, never mind, there all good!!

Money no object, sure, but with every single variant of the GT3, the RS is significantly more expensive. There are plenty on here who have, use and enjoy 'cooking' GT3 Club Sports - 996, 997 and 991 - on track.Purple Man said:

It’s all well and good going on about buckets ,but many people cannot stand to live with them .
They do not add to the car in any way if you loathe using them.

If it's the black one with roof aerial I was the first owner, my first GT3 and kept it for a couple of years. That said, the OPC car is very nice.
Does seem a strong price, although seems to have disappeared now.
PS - I remember when I traded it in it sold very quickly despite the non CS and comfy chairs.
