At the mo gt pro rsr sitting 20 and 21 overall and 1/2nd in gt pro,one of the best lemans for many years and superb coverage.
Rsr front discs changed in 82secs in the pit lane!

The rsr's look the biz too. Love the retro Pink pig and Rothmans liveries. Easily the best sounding racecars too

The pro,s did not think it was, motor racing is dangerous, about time we saw some real grit and determination in racing, makes f1 seem like a load of pussies, alonso and button driving very well though

Am here - great result for Porsche, 1-2 in GTEpro. RSR sound amazing and more importantly blitzed Ford.

All the pro's thought it was, you cannot weave at 180 mph ffs.
If you draft a car then pull out at 180 mph you cannot have the car in front change line, point In case was the crash in F1 between two teams mates.

It's bloody dangerous for no reason.

Significant day for Porsche. The car looked quick and pretty effortless. Very encouraging for something so early in the development cycle - although technically is 50 years worth of evolution

Congratulations to Porsche.

Minimum. Possibly the worst I've seen at Le Mans.

Was it twice he ran him off the track, or three times?

It smacked a bit of political expedience once again to have Porsche winning this year though. Gte success seems to be cycled around all the manufacturers to keep them interested enough to keep participating. The 70 year Porsche thing probably had the aco help them just a little imo. Less than the blatant Ford/Ferrari fix of 2016 of course but nevertheless BoP adjustment this year in gt3 and gte can't have not helped them this year given the gt3r and rsr have seemed to be much quicker to competition relative to last year.

Alonso in the winning car convenient too? We can look at it this way or just enjoy the sport. Problem is big money interests do tend to influence things but what I would say the Ford and the Porsche did appear evenly matched and the number of laps completed by the front runners in the GT classes were close. This indicates to me that any particular advantage or help Porsche might have had would be small.
