Help buying 997.1 S - signs of oil leak?

Hi,
Would appreciate some guidance from those well versed in these matters...

Looking at an early 997.1 carrera S as my first 911. Am aware of the "headline" potential issues with these cars regarding IMS failures, RMS failures and bore scoring which I am factoring into any purchase.

I viewed a car today which looked and drove great, has stacks of paperwork, and has a genuine enthusiast owner. Whilst having a quick look under the car I noticed what appears to be signs of an oil leak which I would welcome your views on. Is this common or something I should be worried about? I aim to have a full inspection done prior to any sale but keen on your thoughts.

My 996 has 3 known oil leaks currently and has had for a year or more just keep an eye on levels and top us required. Normally the labour charges mean it only worth fixing when doing major engine work. I wouldn't let that put you off if everything else is good.
