There was, but it was the old style, non silenced and some sketchy, fee dodging pricing going on - listed at £295 but description said actual price is £2995, phone number on photos.
Yes that's the one, I did think about it for mine but also want the silenced version, exchanged some messages and the chap seemed decent sort, just round the corner from me as well.

As it's now December my RS is now SORN and will sit in the garage until spring. My Focus RS that is biggrin the GT3 RS is still getting regular exercise. A quite wet trip out on Monday just gone:

I’m with the OP regarding a dislike of privacy glass.
I have no idea why so many people spec privacy glass on an GT car
with a roll cage and no back seats- it’s pointless and looks crap.

It is indeed. This station's been in Evo a fair few times. I think it's the only place for miles around with Super.

I recently bought a GT4 RS PDK selector knob and gaiter, along with the switch panel required for the conversion. As these are only available from Porsche with blue or grey stitching it needed changing to green. JCR will supply the whole lot restitched in your choice of colour but you pay dearly for this. I decided to DIY it so located a reel of the correct OEM spec Amann Serafil thread. I got discount on the parts through a contact so total price was less than half the JCR cost (albeit using a fair few hours of my time).

I started by unpicking the grey thread. It's purely decorative so you don't need to worry about realigning separate bits of cloth or anything:

Then it was just a case of using the existing holes to redo it in green:

All done. Untidy at the top but that's hidden when fitted:

Fitted:

Feels much better in the hand and updates the interior nicely too. With Drive selected it looks like a manual in neutral, which doesn't really help when both my other cars are manual and I still keep finding myself going for a clutch that's not there biggrin

Very clever, it’s great being able to spend your own time fettling cars to how you want them.

Thought so!

Spent a lot of time looking over your car and the GT4RS parked next to you.

Nothing exciting for me, parked my 530d estate round the back out of sight

lovely done, always nice a job well done and can look at it every time you step in the car and enjoy it just a little bit more.

Congrats on the car Ade. She's a beaut. Like the new addition to the interior as well.
