Its fairly self explanatory ...

A bike has no weight so it's not truly quick. Put it this way, if any of my cars, even my lowly volvo estate was as light as a bike then it would SMOKE any motorcycle you care to name. Bikes are also very cheap. For the price of a GT3RS you could buy 15 of the best ones that have ever been made.

It always makes me laugh when bikers on the Motorway in the fast lane hold you up but then they give it johnny big balls and shoot off into the horizon and you are supposed to be impressed in some way. Well, if the bike had a TANK attached to its rear mudguard then yes it would be impressive. Look at it this way... if you strapped a 650bhp Chevy V8 onto the back of a wasp, no speed that it did would be impressive. If it got to mars and back in under an hour i'd still be pretty noncholant.

So the message is.... don't sit in the fast lane. Always pull over and make use of all 3 lanes, no matter what you are driving/riding. And when you get onto the country lanes, bikes should indicate left and keep left because on the brakes and round the corners a car will sonner or later come past at Mach 9

So what you're saying is that given an identical power to weight ratio, four wheels are better than two?

I'll alert the media.

Sorry to piss on your bonfire, jackal but if I was going to put some of my hard earned on a race between a Zonda F and a Hayabusa, in a race from - say - Shrewsbury to Aberystwyth my cash would be in the Suzuki camp.

Jackal, there's a gsxr 1000 in the garage that say's you're wrong.

Anything that needs to be geared to do 100mph in first gear, is not slow!

Jackal, your threads really are a waste of bandwidth and you just seem to spout crap to make an argument.

Guys, It seems Caterham got it wrong, the R500 doesn't weigh a lot so its not truly quick...

Jackal, you are officially a nutgobbler.

Firstly, welcome. I dare say you're going to enjoy your short lived stay. not being funny but an rs4 Audi has trouble keeping up with my 600cc bike, so I'm guessing your volvo must be running something special under the bonnet if it can "SMOKE" any bike. Unless you mean just cover it's tracks with oil smoke?
Douche!
