I guess these cars now attract a new type of owner ! auto blips and fake over runs !

Fantastic. The first really good photo I've seen with the same colour scheme as mine. Have you had it polished or the paint work treated?

No special treatment , it was a sunny morning so was glistening beautifully , it's a stunning colour that really picks up the lines well .

The wheels look quite shiny although they are matt finish. They seem to come up well

Yeah, these new type of porsche owners, bang on and on about how amazing their new car will be a as a drivers car..... then sell it almost immediately.

Did you answer previous questions about your new name being used. Does it follow the GT4 route by somehow expecting a 991 R, or is it just for some added attention?

Or was there mention of a 997 GT3 RS?
I do believe a Lotus is going to be the new demon mobeel
Unfortunately.

Well I guess I'm one of those new types of owner as well. I love the noise and the auto blips - lot's of fun. As much as I love the 987 Spyder, I'm thinking the 981 is more fun (and no, I'm not selling either).

And I'm sure it will be fastest, most amazing lotus ever!.... (Once the geo is done obviously!) ..... Much better than any old spyder... GT3.... GT4..... Etc etc etc.

I guess I am just not into the new stuff, with all the auto blips, PTV, fake over run noises, but most of all EPS.

If owners are liking those thing and think it's more fun, there is no right and wrong I guess, it's just not what I am after in a week end car.

Was not too bad there about 20 seconds, but at the Ski centre I had visions of asking people to push smile In the end I reversed a lot after pirouetting for a whilesmile

Great day at Donington - car dances through Craner - roof down is a blast - downside is new pads after 4K miles and 4 track days!! Not the cheapest of track cars to run so far.
