Just got our new Spyder....and wow!!
It is certainly is the most breathtaking experience of all the Porsche's I have......and the noise.
Having listened to the debates about manual and PDK I can only say that both need to exist but the manual certainly suits the Spyder.
I have both a 991 GT3 and 991 GT3RS and the Spyder has given me more grin factor already. Crazy good!!
And for the money.....its the bargain of the century!!

Had an odd experience today.
My Spyder has just clocked up 3000 miles.
Today, pulling away from traffic lights, the clutch pedal stuck nearly at the bottom of its travel but I was able to change gear depressing the pedal the short amount of travel available. I then put my foot behind the pedal and pulled it up to the normal position. The clutch then worked fine for the rest of the journey. Its not happened before.
Just one of those things or something to be concerned about?

My clutch did a very similar thing when I first collected the car (there were 26 miles on the clock!). The clutch went straight to the floor and stayed there. I pulled the pedal back up but as soon as my foot touched the pedal again it shot straight back to the floor.

Mine had to be recovered. The problem turned out to be one of the "push fit" hydraulic fittings detaching.

Ok - I've had mine for 4 months and wondered what all the fuss was about
Drove t occasionally- manual and that roof annoyed me
But I've driven it every day for the past two weeks and began to look forward to starting her up. The noise
Roof down yesterday
Then sat back and thought
You know what I actually like you !!!
Love comes later so let's not get too carried away just yet

GT Silver....superb! If I would buy one colour without going PTS it would be that!

Nice garage you have....not the first on here who owns a GT3 (or two!!!!) who said how much they love the Spyder.
