Think this is my final colour choice (with Silver Leather Stitching) and Silver Wheels...

Rhodium feels a bit overlooked - I think it looks fantastic! I like the blue tinge, and definitely best with silver wheels, where as I think with GT you can get away with Sat plat wheels.

Agree - and I'm aiming to keep the old Spyder so didn't want another White one (gratuitous picture attached)...!

Can you please stop putting up pictures of the 987 Spyder and reminding me that I sold mine too early frown

Though in my defense I didn't know about the delays at the time.

Had my PEC (Part one) last week. Got the, with Spyder, visit Aug. 21st.

Just added PCCB to my Spec. The delivery delay means I can afford more but I am wondering if I'm starting to lose the plot.
I am there in the afternoon on the 21st smile

That is my plan "A" currently especially as my current Spyder is a paddle shift version eek

If I was going stock colours it was top of my list as I like the fact it can be very silvery and sometimes very blue like polar used to be

Gone CTS to tick another box on my Porsche bucket list eek

Very nice. I will look at some of these as I liked some of the 'flat greys' like Silverstone but don't really know what they would look like on a Spyder...

That's Slate Grey RAL7501.

Colour to sample has been removed though?
(Unless you ordered it a while ago)

Sorry Beaver but the car in 2010spy's image is not Slate Grey.
I ordered a 997 GT3 in SG which was a special color in 2008 on the GT3's and the Turbos in Sweden.

Here is a picture of the car. I think it was a really cool color on the GT3.

Now I am waiting for my new Spyder which I ordered in Agate Grey which reminds me a lot of Slate Grey.
In think it will be quite unusual (at least here in Sweden) with PCCB, LWBS with yellow stiching and lots of carbon fiber.

Nope, there are two Slate Greys - the one 2010Spy posted is with the RAL code at the end.
The one you posted looks like the non-RAL code, same as Steve McQueen's cars assuming it is flat and not metallic.

My intel is from a huge detective trail which is way too dull to go into..

Sorry Beaver, I didn´t know there were two Slate Greys, however mine was a metallic color and I think it would be nice on a Spyder as well.

Slate Grey - is the one in my picture a flat slate grey? Probably academic as no PTS now?

The one in your picture is flat (both the PTS Slates are flat).
AgoZone's photo is the metallic version which I don't think is offered.

I originally went for the non-RAL code Slate Grey but decided it was too dark.

The RAL code one you posted would work well I think.

I'm liking this vibe for the colour and Rhodium is the closest...

Does anyone know when the Spyder PEC events start! I was booked in for August 3rd which got canned and then next available mutually acceptable slot for me wasn't until 27th August

As soon as they get their Spyders. I was originally booked in for the 22nd July because they thought they were getting them on the 12th of that month. I'm now rearranged for 21st August. PEC are expecting to have their Spyders by then.
