Purely for resale. Once I'd added PCM I thought I might as well go the whole hog and include BOSE and DAB too.

I did initially put PCM on my spec but have since changed to CDR+. It just eerks me that the PCM is outdated. I'am now trying to stay clear of the configurator

Your money ....but specking a car for some unknown buyer down the line seems daft IMO who knows what a future buyer will look for .Me personally would not be looking for Phone and Sat Nav as must haves . As it would be a weekend car I know my way back home and would not want to be bothered with phone calls whilst driving .No offence intended as to your choice but not essentials IMO .Now if it was business car an entirely different matter .

The great thing I like is we all have views etc but I have also learnt a few things along the way. If it wasn't for you I would not have speced the sun visors & leather key pouch Sad but true I'am excited to see if the key pouch has the same stitching as my interior

Yep, we are all different, just some like to impose their preferences a little stronger than others!
No PCM for me, but CDR+ and Bose, and also PCCBs.

Can't wait!

Thing is, once you add BOSE to CDR+ you're quite close to the PCM cost. That being the case I just went a little further

I blame Porsche. NAV should be standard on a £60K plus car.

The way I'm rationalising it is that I should be able to recover the additional cost come resale and it might just make it easier to sell in the not too distant future. My plan was to keep it for summer.

You know you should have ordered one.

Speaking to my sales guy at the local OPC he reckons that no matter the spec or the colour the Spyders will sell. There are no more being built they are already in the classic category. The longer you keep one in good condition with relatively low milage they will go up in value.
