I forget, did you get the full buckets or the sport buckets with heating?

full buckets no backside warmers frown tbh heated seats was on my wish list and I didn't want to compromise on this but missing out on a slot and not buying new takes that luxury away , have to say though with the Alcantara its not so much of a deal breaker .

I'm going with heated sport buckets, but I think you're right, it's not a big deal.

Today is my last opportunity to alter my spec. I've decided to un-tick black wheels and go with silver. I literally cannot make my mind up between the two so I'll go with the cost saving option biggrin

I would have gone half way given the choice and ordered grey but must say the black looks well and will never look dirty , I dont like em in silver at all and think if this car had been silver I would have got the colour changed to grey straight away .

Gloss black, if there is an option.

right choice, silver looks class on a white car.

I deliberately didn't want to go with platinum because I wanted a change from the GT4. In all honesty I'm happy with either silver or black. I think they both work.

It's hard to argue with this....

Think white Spyder at Porsche Silverstone has sold. That was quick - didn't hang around for long.

It was quite a strong asking price too.

Lovely cars, nothing else quite like it for the money.

Yep. Does look nice. Just can't decide on colour. The Spyder looks so damn good in any colour!

Arrraggg. Having a day smile Has anyone gone for or seen an Agate Grey Spyder? So initially I thought Sapphire Blue, then quickly changed to GR & thought I settled on CWM. A good friend & car nut said what on earth am I thinking about white. He just thinks its too in ya face.
Here are a few pics of my Agate in the sun and a cloudy day. I like that Agate is relatively rare on the Spyder and I've had white and silver Porsches and needed a change. The only solid I like is GR and I couldn't live with the cliche of being a balding middle aged man in a red sports car. The Spyder is a fantastic car no matter the colour.

I actually liked the old roof. The new one is just like any manual pull up roof. It has an electrically operated catch which is silly - why not a manual catch (lighter and less to go wrong).

Thanks for posting the pics. I have been trying to locate some pics of the Spyder in Agate Grey. As you say quite a rare colour for it. it does look classy & I also like the satin platinum wheels. I was concerned whether it would look too dull in the outside (as all Spyders look lovely inside the OPC) - but it doesn't at all. It's understated but not boring. it's been a nightmare tbh - keep changing my mind. I think also the classic Spyder interior would also contrast really well with the Agare Grey.

well my other Boxster is much easier!! but tbh its no hardship dropping the Spyder top it takes less than a minute anyway, biggest PITA for me is the lack of the boot with the roof up as I used the boot on my other car a lot for coats and camera equipment.

I got the impression it was just (?) a case of unclipping the flying buttresses - if it's more than that it does seem like a real PITA.

push down button , unclip the fastners, lift boot, then just fold it back, close boot , pop down side flaps and thats it, I previously have had Caterhams and thats an ordeal if its tanking down and you get caught stood in traffic so in comparison this Spyder is an absolute doddle hehe

I have found the agate with classic interior. Hope link works. http://www.theexchangeautogroup.com/web/vehicle_ph...
It looks gorgeous in the lights. Even sold now. Was my choice but a more reserved choice of black now with silver wheels. Can always paint them later.. Not heard of many order in this colour. Keep telling myself the car looks good in all colours. Still unsure on pccb . Any thoughts?
