People really shouldn't mention the word 'blue' when talking about Spyders ...

I just can't help posting a picture smile

So you've put yours to sleep over the winter...!

Values are very close but a good spec GT4 is £90k whilst i'd like to think a good spec Spyder could come for under £80k and I do like the idea of roof down motoring again...

Maybe a few cheeky bids and see what comes of it... And I don't think either the GT4 or Spyder are going to kick me in the balls depreciation wise.
Neither will take the shirt off your back. Dropped you an email.

Hi All, I've been off the forum for a while. As some of you may recall I decided that I would sell my Sapphire Blue Spyder a couple of months ago. Although I've spoken to a few people I haven't officially advertised it yet. Anyone interested them please PM me.

Glad you didn't think it too incredible to sell smile Am enjoying it very much indeed!

Also, pretty cool to have a number plate with my religion on it, alternative spelling notwithstanding...

Hi Magic great to hear my car went to a brother! I chose the plate because it almost read "Livid Juu" wink

I sold it for my new RS which came the following month, but I can tell you for sure the Spyder is more fun than the RS - which was disappointing after the 997 RS. I plan to get another Spyder smile

Enjoy it in good health!

Haha brilliant! I read it as 'Level-16', but 'Livid' works too. Sorry to hear the RS not as fun, but the Spyder does set the bar pretty ruinously high. Be sure to post pictures when you get the next one!

Almost 3k. Which is what I told the insurance I'd do in a year. Oops. Have we yet established whether ours are the only 2 Voodoos?

From my research that is what I have concluded to be the UK total for Spyders and I am led to believe my Spyder is the only one ever made with full leather carbon buckets

Is one of you the lucky man that bought the Voodoo car that JZM had during the early part of the summer ? Spent a lot of time admiring that car one Saturday afternoon!

And I made sure I never took it above 4K rpm in the 120 miles I did. I'm sure it sounds epic now it's run in!

Great. And oh God yes. Best sounding car I've ever owned. I know a lot of people change out the headers on Spyders/GT4 for more power, but I know when I'm in the presence of acoustic perfection and plan to leave very well alone!

The spyder has been chosen as the main car in the pistonheads fantasy £100k garage today.second time in last couple of months.
Seems to fill the sub supercar remit for the pistonhead massive!
