What does a set of these cost and where did you get them?
I got mine from Larkspeed who offered up a very competitive price at the time including the winter tyres. Best bet is to have a quick google or phone a few places up as prices fluctuate quite a lot and will depend on whether or not you're buying tyres at the same time and what brand they are.My 2001 986S, just back from her refurbishment with new discs and pads, new clutch and IMS bearing, plus lots of other replaced bits including a new oxygen sensor (whatever that is!) to recapture the horses that have escaped since she was new.
She's also sitting 30mm lower thanks to new shocks and springs.
And she's had a wash too! Shame it were a right dull day 'cos you can't see it really.

... that list of work done must have set you back a bit of a wedge ...
It cost me £300 ...... more than the car did!
Then today I saw a strange bright yellow thing in the sky and it got a bit warmer so down came the roof!
These photos were taken at Blyton Park circuit, where I found the paddock to be full of minis.

They'd just finished detailing it when I arrived to check out this Cayman S.
Off side wheels had been refurbed, they were waiting for new centre caps to come in. I'd never considered a black car before but...
The money shot! With that interior and the fact that it's literally fully loaded, it had to be mine. Finally picked the car up on Saturday. The Cayman S is everything and more than I expected.

Congratulations, the orange interior on the 981 Cayman just looks soooo good. Bet you can't wait to put some miles on it now...Off side wheels had been refurbed, they were waiting for new centre caps to come in. I'd never considered a black car before but...

And no it wasn't the orange interior that attracted me before anyone says it. It's Amber I'll have you know
I've had a little play with Sport, Sport Plus & PSE... explored a bit on a few back roads I know. It's so exploitable and fun. Stunning. I don't really see the need for anything faster or more power. You really do feel at one with the car... and the noise. That flat 6 adding real drama to any journey. No surprise the TTS is not missed.
