I'm setting off at 5:30 tomorrow morning to collect mine. Long drive home, can't wait to finally get my hot little hands on it.

Don't have a problem with any of the colours for the Cayman/Boxster and red/yellow makes for a very striking car but I think GT silver shows off the lines better than any other colour

Love the photo of the wheel and logo.

(My 981 Boxster is also GT Silver, also to show off the lines better...)

How did you get on regarding stone chips at the front end please? Am curious as I already have a couple of minor ones.

No chips on the front which I'm very pleased about.
However the problem is the bodywork right behind all 4 wheels.
The area behind the rear wheels is the worst with gravelrash, not only does it chip the paint but also 'dents' the plastic

Great choice monamimate, cheeky price but worth every single penny IMO and never regretted it for a second. First new car in almost ten years and I was determined to get the colour right. Looks stunning on a Boxster with contrasting hood, have had a 986 and 987 Boxster (best cars I've ever been lucky enough to own), felt like a change this time..

Totally agree...
There will soon be another GT Silver 981 in the PH paddock if my new car ever arrives.

Yours looks fantastic PastaSource. I've got with the partial painted black wheels for mine.

After a long succession of cars in a "safe" (read dull) colour, this one just makes me smile. I expect you are the same.
A Chesire cat would struggle to compete smile

A Peridot Green Cayman R was my last bright car, though the colour was dictated by it being stock, whereas my GTS is choice. Loving it!

I have to say the 3rd picture of GT Silver is probably the best CGTS shot I've ever seen.

It's a lovely angle - and the GT Silver with those wheels is a stunning combination
Yellow seems to suit the Boxsters rather well, especially with the black roof

Now which to take out for a run today?

I think we have the definitive answer then. GT silver for the Cayman and racing yellow for the Boxster.
