right way up so we can all admire it properly Picked up this bad boy yesterday and drove it 450 miles back home to London. Have to say the manual box version was far more interactive than the Pdk I drove. Perfect for my intimate weekend drives!
Absolutely smitten with it but will get a proper initial thoughts post up in the boxster section when I have time. Can definatley see why all the magazines raved about them. Had a 30 min blast with the roof off a moment ago and tbf sound is just amazing. Echoing off anything within a 10 meter radius is just heavenly.

Optioned my CR in Speed Yellow after much soul-searching and encouragement from Mrs DP... then Porsche said that particular paint-pot was no longer being used for the R. So went the other way, minimal shoutiness (I'd de-optioned the stripes but thankfully they stayed) and kit: music, aircon, rear wiper and reversing sensor. And black wheels, natch. Know what though, I really hate that there are two vanity mirrors with lights in the sun visors. In a cabin with no door handles, they seem a tad inappropriate. And, every time I use the visors, those damned lighty mirrors are there, mocking me. Awesome car though, the only beast ever to stop me missing my Elise 135... and by some way.

Another lucky owner discovers one of Porsche best kept secrets in decades. Brave man driving her home in all that weather but before you know it spring will have sprung and topless fun can kick offAbsolutely smitten with it but will get a proper initial thoughts post up in the boxster section when I have time. Happy Motoring
The Channel Islands forum on PH was only put in place at the end of last year. The Guernsey PHers have decided to form a breakfast club and this was a photo from the car park where us first few members met. We are planning monthly meetings and expect the numbers to grow exponentially:
The reason for this trio is that they represent the colours of the Guernsey flag! (Apologies but we didn't have a red Porsche to hand.)
There were a few other nice cars about:
